At Purifyexpel, we want every arrangement to feel fair and transparent. This Refund Policy explains how we approach cancellations and refunds for the informational coaching services we offer. It is designed to sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid informational services arranged directly with the studio, including coaching conversations, written routine plans, educational products, and optional programs or challenges. Browsing this website and sending a general enquiry are free and do not involve any payment.

2. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or does not match what was agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy. This policy describes our own approach in addition to those statutory rights.

3. Coaching conversations

If you have arranged a coaching conversation and wish to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you let us know in advance where possible. If you cancel before a session takes place, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund for that unused session. Once a session has been delivered, it is generally considered complete, though we will always consider reasonable requests fairly.

4. Written plans

For personalised written plans, you may request a refund before work on your plan has begun. Once preparation of a customised plan has started, we may retain a reasonable amount reflecting the work already completed, with any remaining balance refunded. We will explain any such adjustment clearly before processing it.

5. Educational products

Educational products delivered in digital form are made available for your immediate use. Where the law allows a cooling-off period, we will honour it. If a digital product is faulty, not as described, or inaccessible, please contact us and we will arrange a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

6. Programs and challenges

For optional programs or challenges that run over a period of time, you may cancel before the program begins for a full refund. If you cancel after it has started, we may provide a partial refund reflecting the portion not yet delivered. We will calculate any such amount reasonably and explain it to you.

7. How to request a refund

  • A short explanation of your request.

8. Processing and timeframes

Some amounts may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, such as fees for services that have already been fully delivered to your satisfaction, or third-party charges that we are unable to recover. We will always identify these clearly before you proceed, so there are no surprises.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the date shown at the top of this page and will apply to arrangements made after the update. Arrangements already in progress will continue under the policy that applied when they began.
